Program and Project Management

Kevin leads national programs and large-scale projects for both private-sector companies and public-sector clients. He builds initiatives from the ground up, audits them for mid-course corrections, and ensures continuous improvement over time. He tackles complex projects with multiple inputs and stakeholders, aligning people and resources to accomplish difficult tasks—on time and on budget

Two orange gears overlapping, one larger and one smaller.

Kevin reinvented and revitalized American Airlines’ political engagement and grassroots advocacy programs during a period of turbulence, contraction, and consolidation across the industry—and within American itself.

He inherited file cabinets, loose papers, envelopes, and stamps. He left behind a robust, automated system-of-systems powered by a backend database of critical information and a user-friendly front-end interface.

With just a few clicks, employees could enroll in the PAC, send a message to Congress, or generate a report mapping American’s political assets and economic footprint to individual states and congressional districts.

Kevin is not an IT specialist. He applied the principles of project management to transform how American’s leadership, operational support teams, and frontline employees engaged with Members of Congress and influenced public policy

How did Kevin bring American Airlines’ political engagement and grassroots advocacy programs online and power them with data?
