The TSA Modernization Act of 2018

The first and only comprehensive reauthorization legislation for the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) since its creation, The TSA Modernization Act codified the agency's shift to the Department of Homeland Security and introduced operational overhaul. Kevin helped his company and TSA anticipate, prepare for, and respond to policy proposals, legislation, and the law.

Once passed, Kevin developed a summary, seen here, of the overall bill and a detailed section analysis, seen here, with action items and deliverables for his client.

Respond to

Each requirement under the law was identified, supported, and tracked by Kevin and his team. In reports, such as this, the client’s progress was reported to TSA leadership.

Anticipate
